In the 1960s, in Spain’s historically rich ceramic region of Castellon, five factories formed Tau. The factory's primary aim was to make and glaze red body tiles. With the introduction of single-firing, Tau was transformed into a full, single-fire tile manufacturer. Today, Tau also produces high performance Porcelain as well as red and white body single-fire, wall and floor tiles. Tau’s product range covers wall and floor tile, in both traditional ceramics and porcelain.
