I totally love my Unicom Stalker floor. The service from ArtWalk Tile was top of the line. I had a few tiles broken in transit and ArtWalk stood behind the damage and sent me out replacement tiles within a few days. I am recommending my brother purchase this floor for his house as well. I would give this product 5 stars.

After two disappointing experiences(and that's an understatement) with other tile suppliers, I found Artwalk Tile. From my very first contact, to placing my order, to receiving my tile, every phase of working with Artwalk has been nothing short of stellar. Artwalk does exactly what they say they'll do, and in a timely manner. Even the trucking company provided excellent service, delivering my heavy load of tile to within steps of my front door. I highly recommend Artwalk Tile; after my entirely satisfying experience with them, I can't imagine looking anywhere else for gorgeous tile at highly competitive prices and service that is unbeatable.

Through a series of mishaps, I found that I needed 1 additional tile to complete my bathroom renovation. Annie and Brian were wonderful in getting me the tile I needed.

This was consistent with the excellent support they provided when I first ordered the tile and I would not hesitate to recommend Art Walk Tile.

I just wanted to thank Brian and Artwalk Tile for the awesome service that they provided. Their price beat all the competitors. I ordered the tile on a Tuesday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. In the approx. 250 sq ft of tile ordered, only 1 broken tile out of the entire order. I was missing part of the order and they handled it immediately. The missing tile was sent out the same day I called.

I will definitely order from ArtWalk again on any future tile jobs.

I ordered my tile online on Monday and had it delivered to my house on Friday. Everything went extremely smooth. All of the local companies could not beat their prices even with delivery charges. I would highly recommend this company.

I was a bit nervous about ordering over $3500 of tile on line from a place 1500 miles away that I never heard about. I have no regrets. I found customer service prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and excellent. Everything about Artwalk Tile was a class act from order to delivery.

Placing the order on line was quick and easy The tile was delivered in less than 7 business days. The truck had a lift gate as promised. Even the delivery company was outstanding. The order was 3000 pound of tile. It was too heavy for him to get it up the curb with his lift. Instead of leaving it at the curb, he helped unpack the palate so I could get so of it into the garage with a hand truck. When it was light enough, he took the rest of the palate with tile down the block, up the handicap walk at the corner, back to my house and into the garage. Now that is what I call service.

I was pleased to find no breakage. I was surprised to discover they included and extra box of tile just in case there was a problem.

These are great people at every level. I hope they keep up the high standard they have set. I would have no problem doing business with them again. I already have referred people to their web site.

This is my first time order tiles on line. I searched the entire internet and found out that ArtWalk has very competitive price. It takes like 2 weeks for me to receive my stuffs because they have to order it from the manufacture. I was well aware of that. My decorative tiles is pretty expensive. Unfortunately, one piece was broken. I let them know and they sent me an extra piece in the next shipment that I order right after I received my first one. I highly recommend them. Will come back to do business with them again.

We ordered the Petra Latina tile in two different colors and three sizes. All of the tile arrived promptly and undamaged. ArtWalk's price was less than 1/2 of our local retailer. No tax was a huge benefit in off setting the shipping charge. Great customer service and incredible value. We would recommed ArtWalk to our friends.

My wife and I initially found the tile we liked for more than $7/sq foot at a local tile store. We found it here for less than half that price. Although the delivery was held up a bit (through no fault of Artwalk), the person I spoke with who deals with internet orders, Brian, was extremely responsive and helpful. I was able to get in touch with him pretty much whenever I had a question. In fact, the customer service was significantly better then the local tile place we found the tile at. The tile is exactly what we wanted and we paid almost 50% less then what we found it for, with shipping costs included. I recommend looking at stores to find what you want and then ordering it from these guys. Unless you know someone in the business that you know will make sure you get the best price, this is the place to get tile.

Great service! I was a bit hesitant to buy tiles online, but they arrived way before I expected them and in a perfect condition.
The tiles are very beautiful, but the color is slightly different from the one I could see on the website: the tiles, overall, look more orange than red.
I am more than pleased with the service and with my choice: it looks like the sun always shines in my bathroom now:)!

My wife and I ordered 39 boxes of 12X12 and 12 boxes of 6X6. Ordered showed up in 7 business days. Out of 51 boxes (roughly 700 sq fee) onlyl one tile was cracked. Ordering couldn't have been easier. I had a couple questions before ordering and they were very polite and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone. Next tile job will definitely be ordered from here.

Dear Artwalk Tile,
I never thought I would order tile online, but Artwalk's price and service left me no choice, and I am so glad.

We chose this deep brown tile after seeing it at a chain store called Best Tile, for more than $7 a square foot. Could not afford that, so I searched for it online. BAM: Artwalk had it for $3.89 a sf. Best Tile refused to match that price and suggested that the tile from Artwalk had to be from different dye lots.

That was not true, it was from the same dye lot. So I got in touch with Brian Dudley and had the best experience of our renovation. He's extremely responsive and helpful; even when our contractors reported that their wet saw was breaking the tile, Brian suggested that it's settings were off. He was right.

So thank you. We re-tiled 500 square feet and it was a great experience.

ArtWalk Tile is a pleasure to do business with. Order placed on Monday, and arrived flawlessly on Friday. Almost 600 SqFt of tile ordered, and not a single broken tile on either of the two, very well packed palettes. Delivery company placed the palettes in the garage in a very convenient location for my tile installers. Overall a super experience. Good prices, fast delivery, good service.

Just to let you know that the tile arrived in perfect condition - out of 35 cartons (4 are left over), only two tiles were broken, and my husband says he thinks that happened during installation. Thank you for your packing and shipping the order with such care.

Our kitchen floor is finished and looks gorgeous. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the tile.
