Orders can be canceled without any fees if the order has not yet shipped out. Once an order ships, it potentially can be stopped in transit but there will be charges regardless of whether it ships via UPS or a freight carrier.
Since we are selling our products at wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns on any material. Please carefully verify measurements prior to your order.
If we do decide to accept a return, there will be a minimum 30% re-stocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.
No returns are accepted after 30 days.
