My wife and I initially found the tile we liked for more than $7/sq foot at a local tile store. We found it here for less than half that price. Although the delivery was held up a bit (through no fault of Artwalk), the person I spoke with who deals with internet orders, Brian, was extremely responsive and helpful. I was able to get in touch with him pretty much whenever I had a question. In fact, the customer service was significantly better then the local tile place we found the tile at. The tile is exactly what we wanted and we paid almost 50% less then what we found it for, with shipping costs included. I recommend looking at stores to find what you want and then ordering it from these guys. Unless you know someone in the business that you know will make sure you get the best price, this is the place to get tile.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO HELPFUL BEFORE I PLACE MY APPREHENSIVE, ONLINE ORDER.
DRIVER WAS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. NO PROBLEMS. TILE WAS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION. WAS INSTALLED YESTERDAY AND I DON’T HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. WOULD ORDER FROM ARTWALK AGAIN!!

Best Tile company on the internet
This is more a review of ArtWalk Tile then the actual product (which is absolutely beautiful).
I was very hesitant to order tile direct on line — how could I be sure what I was getting, what about breakage, etc. Well Brian was very patient and below is my thank you note to him.
I checked the shipment thoroughly when delivered - not a broken one in any box. Yes it was exactly what I ordered - matched my sample. The floor is in and it looks BEAUTIFUL! I will recommend you to all my friends. I’ve already told everyone who sees the floor.

this tile looks fantastic.
My experience buying from Artwalk has been fantastic as well. Their quote of $5.51 per sq. ft. was compared to a local store at $8.29 per sq. ft. I needed 480 sq. ft. so even with shipping costs, I saved myself almost $1000.
The delivery was made the day they said it would arrive, the tile was right, the box count was right - everything was just great.
I was very nervous placing such a big order with high shipping costs on the internet without having specifically seen the tile at Artwalk ( I did see it at another place) but was haunted it might not be the same. Of course, it was the same; all worked out great and saved a ton of money.

Just to let you know that the tile arrived in perfect condition - out of 35 cartons (4 are left over), only two tiles were broken, and my husband says he thinks that happened during installation. Thank you for your packing and shipping the order with such care.
Our kitchen floor is finished and looks gorgeous. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the tile.
