Charles Durham-the owner-really values his product and customers. We had 2 orders of tiles arrive at our home right before the holiday, but FEDEX had broken most of the tiles in shipment. I emailed Charles and he immediately arranged another shipment-using another carrier-to replace the damaged tiles. The terrific looking replacement tiles arrived soon after that email-in the midst of the heavy volume holiday rush. Charles also wanted me to let him know how the next shipment looked upon arrival to ensure we had what we needed. THANK YOU Charles and Artwalk Tile as you made our holiday season even brighter:)

I only needed 36 pieces of 12" specific bullnose tile for a pool spa. Other companies on line said my order was to small for them to deal with. But ARTWALK tile filled the order with no problem, and at a reasonable shipping cost. It was shipped promptly and in perfect condition. I would use them for other tile orders without hesitation.

We purchased this tile for our kitchen rebuild after a fire. It was just installed and we can not be happier with the quality of the tile. More importantly we can not say enough about Artwalk Tile and the help they provided tracking down the tile quantities that we required, which was no easy task in the circumstances driven by Covid-19 shortages.

Order came quicker than expected. Tile was packaged extremely well with no broken tiles. Price was almost half the cost of what I could have gotten locally. I definitely recommend Artwalk Tile.

Found this unique tile online and called Artwalk directly to order. The entire process was personal, clearly communicated and without problems. The delivery came as scheduled. I even received several calls from the nicest driver the day of delivery keeping me informed of exact time of arrival. He actually thanked me for my business... what a rarity!

I had been trying to track down this particular tile and was excited to find it at Artwalk Tile! This tile was exactly what I was looking for - rustic plank style that looks just like whitewashed planks that have seen some wear. The detail is amazing, there is a lot of variation between the tiles, which I love, don't want obvious repeaters and haven't found one yet. We are using this for a bathroom remodel - needed something that wouldn't look out of place next to knotty pine floorboards.
The shipping was great, it arrived on a truck and was handled gently with not a single broken piece. Very happy with my purchase and also with all aspects of the transaction with Artwalk. The sample I ordered came very quickly and in good condition, which was not universally true of the other tile stores I ordered samples from (although they may have been affected by COVID so not blaming them, just noting).

I really applaud Artwalk Tile for how they helped me rescue a remodel tile project I was working on in Arizona during the Covid 19 lockdown. I had previously got some beautiful Italian Verde1999 Stark tile from my daughter. My plans for the remodel changed and I was short about 6 pieces of tile to properly stock the job. Danielle Wieland personally helped me through getting an exact color match, verifying stock and assuring it was shipped out to me. I appreciate the extra effort during extraordinary times to provide such professional service. I really like the way the packaging was done to provide great protection for the tile for the shipment. I needed an exact match and I am very happy with it.
