My wife and I ordered 950sqft of the Mirage Noon Natural Honey tile for our first floor. We were skeptical at first of ordering this much tile online, but Artwalk explained the ordering and shipping process to our home in great detail. As soon as Artwalk received the tile at their store they contacted us with the shipping info and expected delivery date. Brian was very informative and friendly. The tile was authentic, priced right and it all showed up well packaged and intact. We would definitely use Artwalk again for any future tile needs!

I needed to order simply one box of tile because we were short on our project. Unfortunately, the box arrived broken (through no fault of Artwalk Tile). I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the problem and another box was shipped. However, that box was broken upon arrival as well. At this time, Brian Dudley from Artwalk arranged for a 3rd box to be delivered by a different carrier and the tile arrived intact. I am so pleased with the customer service support from Artwalk Tile. Even though it was only one little box they were very responsive to my needs and got the problem resolved.

We installed this tile on the walls of our large walk in shower as part of a major master bath remodel. It is stunning. Great scale and loads of character, with the veining etc. I was a bit wary that it might be too dark or one dimensional but neither is the case. It looks amazing. This would work well in a variety of decors - contemporary, modern, industrial or even rustic. Beautiful well made tile.
Artwalk tile customer service was very helpful in the ordering process. Website was also easy to use. The tile arrived pretty quickly even though we are in a small town in wine country. It was well packed on a pallet and delivered by freight with not a single tile broken. Artwalk tile's pricing was best we found. Highly recommend both Artwslk tile and the Verde Blast Antracite!

The tile I selected was quite expensive from our local flooring store and I needed to cover a very large area. I really wanted it so began searching online. I found Artwalk tile and was astounded that the cost of the exact tile was about half of what it was anywhere else. I was hesitant but the online reviews were so good that I took a chance and placed the order. It came within a week, (from Michigan to Arizona), and the tile layers are finishing up the job now. It is absolutely gorgeous! The customer service with Artwalk TIle was outstanding. I had ordered some corner pieces that arrived broken. Brian immediately had more shipped out with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Artwalk Tile and will place all future orders for tile from this company.

It was a little scary to order tile over the internet but Brian was very helpful by both email and phone, the delivery was easy and right on time and the tile looks great (and it was $3.00 per square foot cheaper then it would have been if I had bought it at the store where I first found it.)

Tile is gorgeous. It is in a high traffic area and will be so easy to maintain. As for Artwalk Tile, I live outside of Boston and was really nervous about ordering this tile from New York. The price at Artwalk was 55% less than my local tile stores, and the customer service at Artwalk could not have been more helpful. I was under a timeline and Artwalk constantly updated me as to the status of my order. I will definitely use Artwalk tile in the future for any tiling projects. THANK YOU!!!!!

Artwalk tile was extremely easy to deal with. Protected the tile, so none would be broken when they arrived from New York ( I'm in Florida). And, promptly answered my emails. I would definitely do business again.
