ARTWALK TILE did such an amazing job getting my bullnose pieces to me in time. I followed up constantly on the order and every time, they were patient and working hard with the supplier, whom said the pieces where back-ordered for a few days, to make sure my order arrived in time.

I ordered 30 bullnose for my laundry room I was tiling and was sent two packages of 20 pieces with zero broken, so I had enough to even do bullnose in my 2nd bathroom that was being tiled at the same time. The bullnose pieces matched perfectly with the tiles too! I was mildly concerned at first because I purchased my 12 x 12 tiles at an auction and it took a while to find what I thought might be the right bullnose pieces.

Overall, extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend!!!

Product was a perfect match for our original installed tile. Product was packaged great so that there was no breakage at all. The only improvement that I would say that your business could benefit from is a more timely response on the tracking data of the package being sent. Now days tracking is important and maybe should be an automatic follow up as soon as the package is sent. Lots of company's do this and any customer would appreciate it. Thanks for your help, Jay S.

I had tile that I had bought several years ago and used on a different project. I still had some left over tile and wanted to use it on a new project but didn't have quite enough to finish. Thank goodness for artwalk tile. I was able to find the matching tile I had purchased elsewhere several years ago. Everything arrived in a timely manner and packaged careful to avoid damage. I'm glad I found artwalk tile since it saved me from having to buy all new tile.

I love the Bati Orient sliced pebble tiles I purchased. The selection, color and placement of the stones are excellent. The stones almost an agate like appearance.

I was a little reluctant to order online without seeing the product but it exceeded my expectations. I looked at other pebble tile at the local box stores and tile shops and was not impressed. This one cost a little more but there is no comparison in the quality and beauty.

Customer service was great too. Brian responded to my questions promptly.

I would highly recommend purchasing this tile from Artwalk!

I was nervous having tile shipped to me from such a long distance, as I was afraid of damage or something else going wrong. The only issue I had was hat the wrong tile arrived, but it was actually noticed by the company first that there was some mix up at the trucking or distribution place. But they quickly called me and got everything straightened out. Other than that he hassle of using our own tractor to load and unload the wrong palate and correct one, it was really handled well. Wouldn't hesitate to order tile from this company.
